This will prevent the flame from becoming too large and burning through your candle faster than intended. ~When lighting your candle for the first time, allow the full surface of the candle to melt before blowing it out. This will prevent tunneling. ~Enjoy your candles often! Natural candles should be used within 12 months otherwise they can lose their fragrance and grow stale, so enjoy them now!

As the beekeeping season slows down, I thought it As the beekeeping season slows down, I thought it would be a good time to introduce myself and show you the face behind Glowing Hive. For those who don't know, I’m Jeni, the creator of Glowing Hive! I have been keeping bees for 5 years now, and before that, I spent most of my spare time learning as much as I could about them, so it's safe to say that beekeeping has been a big passion of mine over the years! I love spending time in the bee yard, overcoming challenges, and (when the bees allow it) crafting all sorts of goodies from the hive. It was only natural for me to create Glowing Hive so I could share my hand crafted goods with everyone else! It always amazes me how everything that the bees create and collect is so pure and healing, from honey, to beeswax, pollen, and propolis. That's why every product we create at Glowing Hive follows that same rule, only pure and natural ingredients allowed! There is so much we can learn from these small but remarkable creatures, and I continually thank the bees for teaching me so much. Here are some photos taken of me in my element, installing a nuc earlier this season. Thanks @missgilbert_x_ for spending time with me in the bee yard! As always, thank you to everyone who has supported Glowing Hive. You all help to keep this passion alive, and for that I am truly grateful! 💛🫶
