Our honey bees forage on a wide range of nectar sources, including natural wildflowers, sweet clover, and hand planted lavender, to produce a one of a kind tasting honey that’s unique to the Qualicum Beach neighbourhood we beekeep in. The honey our bees produce is a blend of all the nectar and pollen that they collected throughout the season, giving it a distinct flavour profile that varies from year to year. This year we spotted our bees foraging from blackberry blossoms, plum blossoms, lavender, catmint, and sweet clover just to name a few!
Our unpasteurized, or raw, honey is never processed with heat, ensuring that all the beneficial nutrients contained within are not damaged or removed. Try our Wildflower Honey and enjoy the rich flavour that our local Qualicum Beach raw honey has to offer!
