At Glowing Hive, all of our orders are processed, packaged and shipped from Qualicum Beach, BC. We are committed to processing and packaging your order as quickly and carefully as possible within 2 business days. All of our orders are shipped with Canada Post. You will receive an email notification when your items have shipped, along with a tracking number.
Please keep in mind that Canada Post may, at times, be experiencing shipping delays due to various issues.
We currently only ship to Canada, however we have plans to begin shipping some of our products to the U.S.
Sustainability
All of our products are packaged and labeled with eco-friendly materials as we believe in sustainability at Glowing Hive. Our candle and honey jars can be cleaned and reused, or recycled if you prefer. All of our labels are made from 100% recycled materials and are Recycling Compatible Adhesives (RCA) certified, meaning they are recyclable themselves!
Damaged Products During Shipping
If you receive damaged products (we are so sorry that happened!) during the shipping process please contact us as soon as possible by emailing us at info@glowinghive.com with pictures of your broken merchandise and your order number and we will either reship the products or refund your purchase. You will not be responsible for the return shipping costs in the event of damaged products.
Honey
Due to the nature of food products, honey cannot be returned. Refunds can only be granted if the product was damaged during shipping. Honey that got cold during shipping may arrive partially crystallized, this is normal and safe. If your honey is crystallized, heating the honey will bring it back into suspension.
Candles and Bath Bombs
We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for used products. If your product was damaged during shipping please see the above section on products damaged during shipping.
If your product was not damaged during shipping and you would like to return your product we will accept returns, however, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Please email us at info@glowinghive.com with your order number to request a refund and we will send you a return shipping address.
Glowing Hive will process returns or exchanges on damaged products for up to 14 days after the receipt of an order.
