Our Lavender Infused Honey uses a base of pure natural Wildflower Honey that our bees produce by foraging on a wide range of natural wildflowers within their environment. We collect the Wildflower Honey using a simple process of hand harvesting and light filtration, without the use of heat, to ensure our honey is packed full of beneficial vitamins, minerals and enzymes. Finally, we add organic lavender from France and infuse it into our honey for several months to produce a wonderfully sweet and aromatic honey with a lovely lavender flavour.

I can’t “BEE”-lieve how amazing this honey is. Perfect for toast, tea, in your coffee, on your pancakes (yes really) and more! As an added bonus, the nurturer of this homegrown honey is exquisitely kind and thoughtful and puts her heart and soul into caring for her bees. I cannot recommend Jeni’s honey enough. Also, the infusion of lavender is present without becoming overwhelming, I think honey enthusiasts will greatly appreciate this.
