Vanilla Bean Infused Honey

Our Vanilla Bean Infused Honey uses a base of pure natural Wildflower Honey that our bees produce by foraging on a wide range of natural wildflowers within their environment. We collect the Wildflower Honey using a simple process of hand harvesting and light filtration, without the use of heat, to ensure our honey is packed full of beneficial vitamins, minerals and enzymes.  We then infuse our honey for several months with ethically sourced, premium Tahitian vanilla beans that add a layer of sweet vanilla flavour and floral notes to our Vanilla Bean Infused Honey.

Please note, the vanilla beans will settle on the top of the honey over time. Simply give the jar a quick stir to incorporate the vanilla beans within the honey before consuming.
